We can ship to most countries in the world if they are in the shipping company's list. Normally we choose Air Mail Post, DHL, FedEx for shipping. For middle east countries, we choose ARAMEX Express. All the orders will have a tracking number.
Products are shipped from our warehouse located in Shenzhen, China.
Shipping costs for orders from DorComm are USD 8(Per Item), USD 30(Flat Rate) and most of the items are FREE shipping.
Normaly we ship the orders by Express if you choose Flat Rate shipping cost.
But for some remote area and remote countries, we will charge you some remote area cost. We will in any case try to provide the lowest shipping quotes available.
The responsibility of a shipment transfers to the buyer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier; DorComm will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will however, by buyers request, file a claim with the shipping carrier for a lost or damaged package. If the claim results in a refund from the carrier, the refund will be forwarded to the buyer.
